Project Scope

We designed a dual-solution AI engine leveraging shared platform components to address both challenges:

  • Automated Classification: AI analyses email content and tags it (e.g., "invoice", "support request") for subsequent automation.
  • Smart Routing: Emails are automatically routed to the appropriate team according to business rules.
  • End-to-End Workflow: Routine emails trigger full automation, such as updating the finance ERP or auto-creating a service ticket without human intervention.
  • AI-Driven Shortlisting: AI parses each CV, extracting skills and experience, and ranks candidates by fit.
  • Bias Reduction: The system enforces consistent criteria and can anonymise profiles to enable fairer, objective screening.
  • ATS Integration: Top candidates are automatically added to the Applicant Tracking System (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday), eliminating manual data entry.
