Job Brief:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator with at least 3 years of experience in managing project operations, communication, and documentation. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting project delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring deadlines are met, and maintaining smooth execution across all stages of the project lifecycle.
Roles and Responsibility:
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Determining project changes.
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Developing project strategies.
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
- Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
- Assist in documenting project phases and creating summary reports for company management
- Build a strong team by cultivating relationships between each team and illustrating how individual team members affect the success of the entire project
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Skills:
- Previous working experience as a Project Coordinator for at least a 3 year.
- A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA
- Ability to work independently with minimal managerial supervision
- Strong knowledge of written and digital project management tools
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
