Job Brief:

We are looking for a motivated SEO Executive with 1-2 years of hands-on experience to join our growing marketing team. You will be responsible for executing SEO initiatives, optimizing web content, monitoring performance, and collaborating with content and web development teams to drive organic growth and improve search visibility.

Roles and Responsibility:

• The Individual will work on optimizing website content and landing pages for search engines.
• Perform in-depth keyword research, optimize new and existing content, including title tags, meta descriptions, and on-page content structure.
• Conduct off-page SEO by executing link-building strategies, including competitor analysis and outreach campaigns.
• Monitor and report on website performance metrics using analytics tools like Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console.
• Recommend changes to website architecture, content marketing, Backlink strategies, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.

Skills:

• Experience and knowledge of ranking factors, keyword research, and on-page/off-page SEO.
• Proficiency in generating high-quality backlinks.
• Strong communications and reporting skills. Self-initiated and proactive.
• Knowledge of using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and GSC.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress) for SEO purposes. (HTML will be Bonus).
• Strong analytical mindset & knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog)
• Up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO.
