iChef is an on-demand food-ordering and chef-booking platform that connects food enthusiasts directly with professional chefs. Unlike traditional food delivery apps, iChef enables customers to order pre-prepared meals from their favorite chefs or book them for special events, while chefs build their own brand and customer base.
The Problem: Fragmented Food Discovery & Ordering
Food lovers faced a challenge: traditional apps treated food as a commodity, not as an art form. Chefs had no direct channel to customers. Customers couldn't discover or book their favorite chefs. The food delivery industry lacked a platform that humanized the chef-customer relationship.
Our Solution: A Direct Chef-to-Customer Marketplace
iChef partnered with The Intellify to build a comprehensive ecosystem featuring three mobile apps (customer, chef, driver) and a web dashboard. This unified platform enables seamless discovery, real-time ordering, secure payments, and direct chef-to-customer connections.
