Job Brief:
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Executive with 3+ years of proven experience in the IT/Software industry to drive strategic business growth. This role requires someone with a strong grasp of modern B2B sales strategies, market trends, and lead generation tools to close high-quality deals.

Roles and Responsibility:
- Research and identify potential clients across target industries and geographies.
- Generate qualified leads via Bidding Portals, outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, emails, and networking.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand business in international markets (US, UK, Middle East, etc.).
- Track industry trends and competitor activities to refine outreach strategies.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and position the solutions.
- Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure and relationship management.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through consultative selling.
- Drive and optimize bidding activities on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and others.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email strategies, and digital channels to identify & engage potential clients.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to craft tailored proposals and technical solutions.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and new technology offerings to identify business opportunities.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly KPIs (qualified leads, meetings set, Sales target).
Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree / B.E. (preferred in IT or related fields).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BDE / IT Sales roles in International Market
- Strong background in strategic sales, proposal writing, client acquisition, and relationship management.
- Proficiency in using tools HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar platforms.
- Sound knowledge of IT services, technologies, and development processes.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
