Project Scope
We developed an AI chatbot to:

Extract and Analyze Data: The chatbot extracts data from users’ past and current medical reports and health-related questionnaire answers. Users are initially prompted to upload all relevant reports.

Generate Personalized Recommendations: Based on the extracted data, the chatbot provides tailored health advice and solutions to users. It asks additional questions related to their health to further refine its recommendations, enabling effective patient symptom assessment.

Recommend Healthcare Specialists: The chatbot evaluates the combined data to suggest the most suitable healthcare specialists for each user's needs, offering recommendations directly from the client’s web platform.

Forward Information to Specialists: All relevant user data is sent to specialists, ensuring they have a complete and accurate view of the patient’s health for effective consultations.

Customer Service Handling: The chatbot manages FAQs and basic inquiries, offering real-time support for general questions about the healthcare platform, functioning as a 24/7 medical chatbot.
